He gave us the reality of how long it would take to sell, how much we could get for it. He went above and beyond and help us sell our home fast and for what we wanted. He worked hard on our solar system change which was a hard task. Nick is very professional and hard working.

We ended up with Nick by happenstance - he reached out to gauge interest on a home we had looked at online, and offered to show it to us. From the get go, Nick was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and ridiculously easy to work with. He understood our needs and wants without us really even needing to go into detail. That first house was not for us, but soon after, we found another property and Nick was eager to show us. We fell in love with the house, as did our kids, and it was game on. Nick immediately went to work putting in our offer and working on our behalf to get us into our first home. The house was overpriced and needed a lot of TLC. When the dust settled, we secured the home for $34k under asking price, and got a new roof out of the deal to top it off. Nick was instrumental in negotiating this for us, and I am confident that he is a big part of the reason we are enjoying our new home today. Thank you Nick, we look forward to working with you again someday!

In the past I’ve experienced real estate agents being impatient but Nick was easy about our timing and how long it was taking. It was a pleasure working with Nick as he was consistently professional, optimistic, realistic, and understanding of our values and needs. Working long distance was not an encumbrance. Nick was available and when bumps in the road appeared, they were met with equanimity and generosity. I would gladly work with Nick again in the future if we ever need his services.

He was consistently professional in our dealings, while also being a real person, compassionate, understanding and fun. I always felt he was lobbying for our needs with the seller, and when things bogged down at one point, he found a way with the seller's agent to make the deal work all around.
