Nick is a 5th generation Idahoan – born and raised in Boise. In college, he met his wife, with whom he started a family that now includes three children. Together they built and purchased the first home. It was this experience that initially drew him to the real estate profession. Nick has always had the drive for higher and continuing education. As soon as he possibly could, he obtained his Idaho broker’s license.
Nick has grown his business organically year after year creating wealth and success for his clients. They repeatedly return for his advice, expertise, and real estate knowledge. Nick was also a managing broker with his previous firm helping to educate new and experienced agents through the process of managing aspects of their business or dealing with tricky negotiations. Currently, Nick is an Associate Broker with Accel Realty Partners, a unique and globally-connected brokerage with some of the sharpest minds in real estate.
Obtaining his Broker's license was strategic. The knowledge gained has helped Nick better understand the real estate process as a whole and more intricately in each piece. Leading him to successfully save his clients tens of thousands of dollars! He is always willing to take the time to talk with anyone interested in real estate, whether about buying or selling or just about current market conditions or trends.
